A home energy assessment identifies areas in your home that cause drafts, discomfort, high energy bills and health and safety issues.

Trained and certified Trade Ally contractors perform the energy assessment, which will help you gain access to hundreds of dollars in rebates for improvements you choose to make.

An energy assessment typically costs up to $500. We're offering assessments at NO COST to customers who receive energy assistance or are tribal members.

Assessment Qualification Information

There are two ways to qualify for a free home energy assessment. If you have received energy assistance from Xcel Energy or a state program, you may qualify. Tribal members also qualify for the assessment, even if they have not received energy assistance.
